My first stage performance was at the age of 6 and have been performing and competing in various stages ever since. I have represented my school and university in various cultural competitions including the state level cultural competitions, where my musical talents have won various accolades. I have been coached by a succession of Gurus on a regular basis for over 14years and am now continuing my musical education through other media. My journey in classical music began under the tutelage of Kozhikode Joseph and later on under Nedumangad Shashidaran Nair and Kadutturuthi Radhakrishnan, prominent teachers from the Palakkad Music Academy.
Born in the town of Palakkad in South India, I have been trained in carnatic classical (South Indian classical) music from the age of 8.
